He understands the importance of having an internal advocate for customer needs and is always trying to guide companies into building customer-first organizations. With extensive experience in marketing and media agencies, his focus is on finding value for clients that need measurable returns on their marketing spend.
Before New/Mode, Anant worked on building customer experience teams for growing startups, helping structure processes and workflows that would help organizations deliver excellent service on limited budgets. The understanding that empathy and humanity are equally important as efficiency is something he hopes to bring to every company he works with.
