New/Mode + Qomon: The Best of Civic Action and Organizing, Together
Big news for everyone out there building power: New/Mode, the Civic Action platform that makes your voice impossible to ignore, is partnering with Qomon, the platform to activate your supporters.
With our new native integration, every supporter who takes action on a New/Mode campaign now flows straight into Qomon's unified action CRM. Target decision-makers online. Organize supporters on the ground. Now it all works together.
- What's new: New/Mode and Qomon are partnering, and New/Mode now includes a native Qomon integration.
- What it does: Every supporter who signs a Smart Petition, emails their representative, or targets legislators via phone or social media tagging – now syncs to Qomon automatically.
- What syncs: Contact details, opt-in status, campaign tags, custom fields, and more, mapped to the Qomon fields you choose.
- Who it's for: Campaigners and organizers at NGOs, charities, unions, associations, grassroots groups, and political teams.
- How to start: Connect Qomon from the Integrations page in New/Mode. It takes a few minutes.
Modern campaigns win on every front
Here's what we see in the campaigns that deliver real wins: they don't pick between online and offline. They surround decision-makers with supporters' voices in every channel that matters, and they turn that energy into people who show up at doors, on phones and at events… including elections.
That matters, because doing more of the same isn't working. Analysis of M+R Benchmarks found a 12% increase in email volume alongside a 10% decline in advocacy response rates and a 16% decline in fundraising response rates. The organizers breaking through are the ones running coordinated, multi-channel campaigns.
As Qomon puts it, most organizations don't lack supporters. They lack the infrastructure to activate them.
That's exactly why we're so excited about this partnership. New/Mode is where supporters take targeted, measurable civic action. Qomon is where organizers activate and grow those supporters over time. Together, the moment someone takes action becomes the start of something bigger.
The best of civic action and the best of organizing, finally in one connected workflow.

How the New/Mode and Qomon integration works
It's simple, and it runs on its own once you've set it up:
- A supporter takes action on a New/Mode campaign page or embedded form.
- New/Mode syncs them to Qomon. If their email matches an existing Qomon contact, that record is updated. If not, a new contact is created.
- Your team organizes in Qomon. Supporters land in your unified CRM, ready to segment and activate.
No spreadsheets. No manual imports. Just momentum.
What data syncs from New/Mode to Qomon?
By default, New/Mode maps standard supporter data to matching Qomon fields:

You can also map:
- Campaign tags, which appear as tags on the Qomon contact record, so you can see which campaigns each supporter has joined.
- Custom fields from your New/Mode forms, mapped to custom fields you create in Qomon.
- Key Value Pairings, constant values such as a campaign or program identifier sent with every submission.
- Campaign data such as campaign ID and the source of a submission (from a source parameter in your campaign URL).
Is the Qomon integration hard to set up?
Not at all. Qomon connects with an API key rather than a login. Generate a Full Access API key in Qomon (Settings > Integrations & API), then click Connect on Qomon in the New/Mode Integrations page and paste it in. New/Mode fetches your Qomon fields, sets a sensible default mapping, and lets you fine-tune it before you turn syncing on. You connect once, the integration applies to your new campaigns automatically, and you can switch syncing on or off for any individual campaign.

What you can do with New/Mode and Qomon together
- Turn online action into field power. Someone who emails their MP or signs a Smart Petition lands in Qomon, ready to be invited to canvassing, phone banking or an event.
- Reach the right people, fast. Map New/Mode campaign tags to Qomon and use Qomon's segments and dynamic lists to rally everyone who acted on a specific issue.
- Respect consent. Opt-in status syncs to Qomon, so supporters who haven't consented to contact are flagged in your CRM.
- Keep the details that matter. Custom questions on your New/Mode forms, like a union local or a supporter type, flow into matching Qomon fields.
- See what's driving action. Map the source of each submission to learn which channels are bringing supporters in.
- Keep your stack, supercharge it. Qomon describes its approach as "Not replacing your stack. Activating it." New/Mode adds targeted civic action to that stack, connected from day one.
Built for the people building power
This partnership is for every campaigner and organizer who knows that wins come from both pressure and people:
- NGOs and charities running advocacy for non-profits alongside volunteer programs
- Unions and associations mobilizing members around the decisions that affect them
- Grassroots groups growing their base from one campaign to the next
- Political and campaign teams combining field operations with digital pressure on decision-makers
