After more than a decade working in politics, Robin left to pursue a remote working lifestyle, joining Metric as a partner in November. She’s spent the last year learning how to work remotely while travelling and her next move will be to put down roots in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Prior to joining New/Mode, Natasha was the Digital Director at cStreet Campaigns where she helped labour, NGO and political clients build progressive movements across Canada, the US and Australia. Previously, Natasha worked in leadership roles with Canadian Women's Foundation, Canadian Youth Business Foundation and CUSO International. Natasha is also NationBuilder Expert certified, and was one of the first trainers in Canada for the popular P2P texting platform, Hustle.
Michael Roy is a campaigner with more than a decade of experience in communications, advertising, and strategy development.
Michael came out of the labour movement and politics, where he most recently worked as Canada’s NDP’s Digital Director in the 2015 election. During that campaign, he managed a 24-person team and set the national record for the largest number of donors to any Canadian political party.
Since then, Michael has worked in the advertising and digital marketing world, founding Metric in 2019.
Michael works remotely and manages Metric from his home in Vancouver, British Columbia where he lives with his partner Rachel, daughter Frankie and dog Sula.
