Betty Won
Senior Engagement Specialist, Stratcom

Betty Won is the Senior Engagement Specialist at Stratcom. In her role, Betty strategizes, executes and manages Stratcom’s SMS-based offerings, including text banking, peer-to-peer texting and text broadcasting. She has helped charities and nonprofits deploy text messaging campaigns at scale for fundraising, engagement and lead generation.

 Before joining the Stratcom team, Betty primarily focused on community outreach and political organizing. She served as the chair of Project Organize, a group of community organizers and trainers based in Toronto, and was a board member for the Institute of Change Leaders at Ryerson University.

Natasha Madison
Director of Community and Partnerships, New/Mode

Natasha is building a strong and supportive ecosystem of empowered campaigners, technology providers, expert strategists and movement partners. 

Prior to joining New/Mode, Natasha was the Digital Director at cStreet Campaigns where she helped labour, NGO and political clients build progressive movements across Canada, the US and Australia. Previously, Natasha worked in leadership roles with Canadian Women's Foundation, Canadian Youth Business Foundation and CUSO International. Natasha is also NationBuilder Expert certified, and was one of the first trainers in Canada for the popular P2P texting platform, Hustle.
